What are the shipping charges?
If your payment is made via our our secure Netbanking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card payment gateways or in the case of Bank transfer and cheque payments, then shipping is free of cost within India. Send us an email on info[@]bloodybranded.com and we will provide you with our bank account details.
If COD (Cash On Delivery) is used to pay for the product, then an additional handling charge of Rs 60 per 500 grams (approximately 2 products) is applied. If you live in Mumbai and want to pay by cash but do not want to get charged for COD, you can always drop in at our office in Malad west (10:30am – 6.30pm, Monday – Saturday) to pick up your merch.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders that are completed before 12:00 AM are shipped out from our office on the same day. Passport Covers, Men’s Wallet, Women’s Wallet, Sling Bag, Money Wallet, Business Card Holder, Travel Wallet, Travel Pouch, Keychain, Eyewear Case, Key Pouch, Luggage Tags, Cable Holder & Customized T-shirts are printed on demand and usually take 2-3 days to be manufactured and shipped out. Orders within India are usually delivered within 7-10 working days after they are shipped out. If your shipping address is in a remote area that is not easily accessible by regular courier companies, the delivery of your order may take a little longer. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, acts of God or inter-galactic rioting, the delivery time may increase by a few days. Orders that are completed on a Sunday, public holiday or after 12:00 AM on a normal working day are shipped on the next working day.

No at the moment we don’t do it.

How Should I Check The Status Of My Order ?
Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation mail and we will notify you again via email & sms with the Tracking ID once the order is shipped. You can track your order using the same. If you have any other query, write to us at info[@]bloodybranded.com and your issue will be addressed.
